Initial Introduction:
Clients contact Terafora Architecture via email, phone, or an online form to provide a general overview of their needs.
Preliminary Consultation:
The first meeting (in person or online) focuses on understanding the project’s needs, design preferences, budget, and goals.
Initial Proposal:
The Terafora team prepares a proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, and an initial timeline.
Work Agreement:
Once the client approves the proposal, a work contract is signed by both parties.
Conceptual Design:
Terafora develops an initial design concept based on the client’s requirements and preferences.
Design Presentation:
The design concept is presented to the client for feedback and approval.
Revisions:
If necessary, revisions are made based on the client’s input.
Design Finalization:
The final design is agreed upon by both parties after revisions are completed.
Technical Detailing:
The Terafora team creates working drawings and technical details to ensure accurate execution.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
Terafora assists with coordination with contractors or other service providers if needed.
Supervision and Consultation:
Terafora offers project supervision services to ensure implementation aligns with the agreed design.
Stage 1: Down Payment (30-40%)
Paid upon signing the work contract.
Covers the initiation of the conceptual design process.
Stage 2: Final Design Payment (30-40%)
Paid after the client approves the final design.
Includes costs for revisions and technical detailing.
Stage 3: Final Payment (20-40%)
Paid after all services are completed, including working drawings and project supervision (if applicable).
If supervision is periodic, the final payment may be adjusted to the project’s milestones.
Document Handover:
All project documents, including the final design, working drawings, and supervision reports, are handed over to the client.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Terafora requests feedback from the client to improve future services.
Post-Project Support:
Terafora remains available for additional consultations if needed.
